EE COMMUNITY
The systems we’ve inherited — corporate hierarchies, growth-at-all-costs ventures, extractive funding models, material growth — are showing their cracks. Many of us feel the weight: exhaustion, disillusionment, and the sense that our efforts serve cycles of harm rather than life.
The Evolving Entrepreneur Community is a space to step out of the noise, reconnect with what matters,
and experiment with new ways of working, creating, producing, and belonging.
We are inspired by the emergent possibility of an entirely new field of entrepreneurship:
the development of consciousness itself.
You’ve climbed the ladder, but the view from the top isn’t what you hoped for. You’re ready to reorient your skills, creativity, and drive toward something that regenerates rather than depletes.
Hi, I’m Michael Haupt. Twenty years ago, on a beach in Thailand, I had an out-of-body experience that changed everything. At the time, I was deep in corporate life, climbing ladders and leading global transformation projects. But that moment woke me up and set me on a two-decade quest: to understand why so much work feels empty, and what new forms of entrepreneurship are emerging to replace it.
What I discovered is that we’re living through a civilizational transition. The old operating system—what I call MaterialOS—is collapsing. It was built on extraction, endless growth, and disconnection. And it’s burning people out.
What’s rising in its place is MycelialOS—a new way of working, creating, and living that is regenerative, relational, and aligned with Earth’s deeper rhythms.
That’s why I created the Evolving Entrepreneur Community:
For burnt-out professionals who know their skills and gifts are meant for more than propping up a system in decline.
And for younger generations who are already rejecting those outdated scripts and ready to pioneer something new.
Inside the community, you’ll find:
A clear playbook for reimagining your livelihood in these transitional times.
Peer circles and workshops that turn isolation into collaboration.
Tools for metabolizing burnout and rediscovering meaning in your work.
My journey has been long, messy, and at times overwhelming. I did the wandering so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Now it’s your turn. Step into the Evolving Entrepreneur Community—and let’s grow something meaningful together.
You saw the cracks early. You’re not interested in playing by corporate rules—you want to explore alternatives that honor Earth’s metabolism, future generations, and the rhythms of life.
Hey, I’m Michael. Twenty years ago, I had a wild wake-up call—on a beach in Thailand, of all places. One moment I was chasing the corporate dream, the next I was catapulted into a quest that’s taken me through startups, global boardrooms, and deep dives into the roots of why our systems are breaking.
Here’s what I learned: the world has been running on MaterialOS—an operating system built for extraction and burnout. And guess what? It’s glitching hard.
What’s sprouting now is MycelialOS—an operating system more like a forest than a factory. It’s messy, alive, interwoven. It’s about co-creating value with the rest of life, not squeezing it dry.
That’s what the Evolving Entrepreneur Community is about. A place where:
Burnt-out corporate folks can compost their exhaustion into something alive.
And younger generations can skip the hamster wheel and head straight into experimenting with futures worth living.
What you’ll find inside:
Experiments in evolutionary entrepreneurship.
Peer circles that feel less like networking and more like mycelial webs.
Spaces to sit with paradox, laugh at collapse, and invent together.
I’ve spent twenty years bushwhacking through the undergrowth so you don’t have to machete your way alone. The path is still wild, but it’s walkable—and more fun together.
So—welcome to the spores. Welcome to the Evolving Entrepreneur Community.
Guided Pathways: Practical tools and exercises inspired by Crisis Codes — to sit with complexity, metabolize burnout, and reimagine entrepreneurship as entangled with life, not separate from it.
Peer Circles: Small group sessions for reflection, accountability, and shared experimentation.
Workshops & Guest Dialogues: Exploring evolutionary entrepreneurship, regenerative economics, and the shift from MaterialOS to MycelialOS.
Community Commons: A space for co-creation, resource-sharing, and ongoing conversation.
We honor complexity over quick fixes.
We center relational accountability — to each other, future generations, and the rest of nature.
We compost burnout into generativity — not by optimizing productivity, but by reweaving meaning.
This is neither a networking club or a productivity mastermind. It’s a community of practice.
A place to experiment, to slow down, to ask better questions, and to co-create futures worth inhabiting.

Here are some responses to questions we get a lot.
Figuring it all out on your own for free is definitely possible. That's why I make the book, Crisis Codes, and the Evolving Entrepreneur Playbook freely available. You can also do online searches and engineer AI prompts to piece your own personal circumstances all together. What many have found, though, is that the support of others on a similar journey can save hours of frustration and sleepless nights.
That's exactly why I created the AI Advantage Community. It provides a space for thoughtful, in-depth discussions that are essential components for mastering EE-related skills.
In the early days, we'll rely on my existing network of carefully curated sources, gathered over the past two decades. As we grow the community, we'll be forming a dedicated team of professionals whose task it will be to constantly research, test, and teach the latest developments. Our commitment to staying ahead means we will continuously bring new tools and techniques to the community.
The important point is that all of our team members will be hired from within the community. This ensures a perfect culture fit and a deep understanding of our members needs. This allows us to tailor upcoming content to the goals of the community.
Absolutely! This is a brand new field, so in a way, we are all beginners.
You'll be able to build a solid AI and EE foundation at your own pace, with guidance and encouragement from a community that values and supports newcomers.
Definitely! Even if you're an experienced AI user, you'll find a wealth of value in our community from the stimulating exchange of ideas. You'll also enjoy deep fulfillment from sharing your experience with others.
I understand life can get hectic, so we've built several ways to help you stay up-to-date:
- Monthly summary newsletters that highlight key updates
- Event summaries with chapter markers for easy review
- A searchable Q&A section to quickly find content related to your interests
Whenever you are interested in a specific topic the powerful search function will be your best ally. Simply enter your keyword into the search box and you'll find all community content related to your interest in mere seconds. This way, you can check out what interests you the most, without wasting any time.
We actively listen to our members and adapt our content based on their needs. As a member, you can:
- Submit topic requests through our Feedback form
- Suggest themes for live classes or workflow guides
We constantly monitor community feedback to shape future educational content, ensuring it remains relevant to what our members want to learn.
You're protected by a full, no questions asked money back guarantee prior to launch date. If for any reason we are delayed or you change your mind before we launch, just send an email to [email protected] and I'll immediately refund your payment. (You will also lose your locked-in founder rate in case you decide to rejoin at a later date.)
Once we launch, we won't offer EE Community refunds. Here's why:
Joining our community is more than merely purchasing a product. The full value of the community experience becomes apparent after a month or more of engagement. Allowing people to join and leave quickly would disrupt the group dynamic and diminish the experience for others.
Please make sure you've read Crisis Codes and The Evolving Entrepreneur Playbook before you consider joining us, so that you know how committed I am to this work and journey.
"If you have any questions related to the membership, send me an email to [email protected], and I'll be happy to help you.
All regular programming (Events, Workflow Guides, Resources) are subject to change depending on the community needs as it evolves."
